What Is Skit
Cosplayers acting in a performance. These skits are short theater productions, usually lasting no more than a few minutes in length. Most aim to be comical and often poke fun at their series or character. Some go for a dramatic effect, which can be powerful when done right, but rarely settles well with the excited mood of a convention. Skits performed by con-goers are usually done as part of a contest. Skits can also be hosted by the convention itself in order to make an otherwise boring speech intriguing.
