Once you place an order, we will customize your costume by our professional costume designers. Certain costumes and cosplay wigs may take up to 20 business days. Our designers will start working on your costume immediately once the payment is received. There is no way to cancel an order after the order is placed. So please make a decision carefully. If you have any question about a specific product, please don't hesitate to contact us by using our Contact Us Form.
We currently accept payments from 4 major Credit Cards (MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Visa and Discover), and Paypal.
Shipping & Handling:
There are two worldwide shipping methods we are offering:
1. Expedited Shipping ($19.5 USD): 10-23 business days to major destinations
2. Standard Shipping ($16.5 USD): 25-30 business days to major destinations

7 Day Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is everything for us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CosplayShopper.com, you may return it within 7 days for a refund. However the return shipping charges, 25% re-listing fee and the transaction of the total product purchase will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure that the package meets the following requirements: First, the product hasn’t been used, quality problems not included. Furthermore, there is no quality problem due to abuse or misuse. What’s more, the accessories and outer package are intact.
If you received a wrong product, a product with any quality problem, or too different from description on Cosplayshopper.com to accept, you can also return the product within 7 workdays from your payment at our cost. We can give you a full refund or change the product at your request after we received the package and confirmed the issue. If it is our or logistic company’s fault, or the customs policy that lead to a failure on receiving within the Estimated Delivery Date after your payment, we would fully refund you unconditionally. However, if it is because incorrect information has been left by customer or rejection or unclaimed in time; we won’t be responsible for the problem. Please understand that.
If you change your mind, feel free to send us a cancellation request at any time. However the cancellation is only available if your order is not been processed. Once your order is moved to the “in-progress” status (usually within 24-48 hours after the order is placed), there is no cancellation.
